Our Weld Shops are experienced and equipped to handle welding processes including: TIG (GTAW), MiG (GMAW), Flux Core (FCAW), Stick (SMAW), and Sub-Arc (SAW). We offer fabrication using mill-bonded clad, explosive clad and in-house overlay of stainless steel, nickel, and copper alloys for tubesheets, flanges, nozzle bore IDs, and cylinder IDs using multi-wire, tandem Sub-Arc weld overlay and Hot Wire TIG weld overlay.
Our Bundle / Assembly Shops are equipped with multiple overhead cranes, and the latest equipment to fabricate new bundles and to strip and retube existing bundles including Helixchangers®, Rod-Baffles, TLE Revamps, and retubes of Koch Hairpin style Bundles.
